About The Position

The Medicaid Member Services Business Operations Lead is responsible for the following, including but not limited to: Process Documentation & Governance: Identify, document, and secure DHS approval for all business rules and processes established by OSGS, managing this lifecycle both before and after system go-live Expansion Oversight: Lead Contact Center development and expansion activities, including conducting high-level interviews and discovery sessions with various DHS divisions Business Process Improvement: Proactively recommend enhancements to existing business processes to ensure the Contact Center provides maximum functionality and cost-efficiency to DHS Change Management Consulting: Oversee and provide expert consultation on change management practices for both OSGS and DHS staff to ensure smooth transitions and high adoption rates Strategic Planning: Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the Interview Plan and Transfer of Operations Plan Stakeholder Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the long-term vision for Contact Center expansion is met and sustained You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in Health Care, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (combination of education and experience accepted)
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting and/or business analytics, specifically on projects of similar scope and complexity
  • Experience within Human Services
  • Proven background and hands-on experience in formal change management practices
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the OSGS solution; must have successfully implemented and managed the solution in at least one environment of equal or greater complexity
  • Demonstrated ability to draft complex business documentation and interface with government leadership
  • Reside in the state of Arkansas to perform the duties of this role
  • Willing/able to travel approximately 10%25 of the time as business needs dictate
