About The Position

At rEvolution, we pride ourselves on delivering award-winning business-building marketing, strategic consulting and media programs for our brand clients that are widely recognized throughout the global sports industry. rEvolution is seeking a Media Strategist to join our quickly growing sports marketing agency. Reporting to the Associate Director, Media, you will be key to flawlessly executing our clients’ digital media campaigns. You’ll begin as a hands-on media buyer and grow into a full-service, client-facing media strategist; owning the planning and execution of digital media campaigns end-to-end.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience creating, managing and implementing paid digital media campaigns.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • An understanding of building and executing omni-channel, full-funnel approaches using a variety of platforms, including (but not limited to): META, TikTok, open-web programmatic, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads

Responsibilities

  • Assist with media buying and planning across digital channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic)
  • Help drive day-to-day innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives
  • Facilitate the sharing of data and insights among relevant internal parties to inform future strategies
  • Work with media vendors and negotiate rates.
  • Complete the proposal, purchase and implementation of the developed plan (i.e. RFPs, creating insertion orders, follow up on signatures)
  • Track all aspects of the media buys you manage, including budget, timeline, results, etc.
  • Work with analytics to report on key metrics for campaign effectiveness and develop key findings ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Be responsible for client interaction on a regular basis – presenting over the phone, via written communication, etc.
