About The Position

You will work across sales, sponsors, and station partners, ensuring nothing gets missed and everything moves forward as it should. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts whether campaigns succeed. You will have visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to help shape how the work gets done as we grow. Requirements

  • 3+ years in media, advertising, operations, or client services
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Comfort working in systems and picking up new tools quickly
  • A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • A practical, problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

  • Run Campaign Execution
  • Take campaigns from closed deal to live execution
  • Enter and manage orders in the traffic system with precision
  • Make sure all assets, approvals, and details are ready before launch
  • Monitor campaigns and step in quickly when something needs fixing
  • Be the Hub of Communication
  • Work directly with sponsors to collect and approve copy and digital assets
  • Connect sales, sponsors, and station teams so everyone stays aligned
  • Keep communication clear, proactive, and organized
  • Support the Sales Team
  • Ensure a smooth transition from proposal to execution
  • Provide input on timelines and feasibility when needed
  • Help with sales materials and campaign setup
  • Improve How We Work
  • Spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to operate
  • Help define processes as the team and business grow
  • Contribute to building a more scalable operation
