We’re looking for curious, motivated college juniors, seniors, or recent grads eager to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of travel, tourism, and hospitality marketing. Join us this summer in our Overland Park, KS office as a Media Intern for our Summer Internship Program! Our internship program offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, working across a diverse portfolio of travel and hospitality clients. Interns gain real exposure to campaign planning, activation, and performance analysis while collaborating with team members at all levels of the organization. This immersive experience provides a comprehensive understanding of both the media landscape and the travel marketing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Help monitor live marketing campaigns to make sure they run on time, deliver correctly, and perform well
  • Support the setup and organization of media placements, reports, and internal tracking tools
  • Assist with trafficking creative assets across platforms and building social mockups for campaigns
  • Join team, client, and partner meetings and capture key notes and next steps
  • Review campaign performance data and help the team learn what’s working and how to improve
  • Take part in training, mentorship, and shadowing opportunities to learn media strategy, planning, buying, and reporting
  • Provide general team support on projects and day-to-day operations
  • Assist with our ADvisor program, a creative insights reporting tool powered by AI software
  • Work with tools/platforms like Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Tableau, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
