About The Position
WSMV is searching for a highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven Media Executive who's ready to develop new business and build lasting client partnerships. In this position, you'll work with executives and business owners to create and deliver powerful, multi-platform marketing strategies across WSMV-TV, Gray Digital Media, and Telemundo Tennessee. You'll bring ideas to life by developing, presenting, and executing customized solutions that help clients reach the right audience and achieve measurable results.
Requirements

- Self-motivated and competitive, yet collaborative, able to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team culture
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and internal partners
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Two years of sales experience
- Media, digital, or consultative B2B experience
Responsibilities
- Develop, grow, and strengthen client relationships, serving as a trusted marketing advisor
- Prospect for new business and uncover opportunities with executives and business owners
- Explore and present multi-screen marketing solutions across WSMV broadcast and Gray Digital Media's extensive digital marketing portfolio
- Maintain excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills with decision-makers
- Provide clear updates on negotiations, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts to Station Leadership
- Monitor campaign performance and share results using key digital metrics
- Adapt quickly to new technology and evolving products within our marketing portfolio
