Our 250-person team operates fully remote across North America, bringing deep expertise in performance media and full-funnel customer growth. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of Level’s media muscle and BAM’s customer-lifecycle strengths — helping clients not only reach audiences, but engage, convert, and keep them. As Media Director, you will lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of performance media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and emerging channels. You’ll own media strategy for a dedicated client portfolio, lead and mentor a team, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable business results.
