Requirements

Minimum of 1–2 years of marketing experience in a YouTube and/or Search-focused role or related industry
Working knowledge of YouTube, Google, and Microsoft advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads Editor; proficiency in Excel required. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Jira is a plus, but not required
Strong proficiency in Google Ads (AdWords), YouTube Ads, and Microsoft Ads platforms
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
High attention to detail, particularly in reporting for weekly meetings and delivering proactive, cross-functional insights; demonstrates strong organizational skills and accuracy in performance reporting
Demonstrated personality traits aligned with a high-performing team member, including collaboration, accountability, and a strong attention to detail
