About The Position

The purpose of this position is to assist our branch office, loan officers, and marketing staff with efforts to increase overall production for the branch. Strategically touch referral partners to help form relationships with potential sources of business Strategically touch clients to build confidence in our team, organization, and to make the purchase process as easy and convenient as possible, ultimately to gain repeat business and referrals Develops marketing efforts for purpose of increasing loan production Identifies, schedules, and attends potential marketing events where a presence would add value Stay on top of social media trends, various websites content, and other social ways in which our customers and referral partners learn more about Ray Evans and Element Funding. Stay in touch with pre-qualified buyers of home search process Stay in touch with buyers working on issues before being able to purchase, i.e. saving for down payment, credit increase, reduction of debt, new job, etc. Qualify clients for home purchase Communicate with buyer agent of client’s ability to purchase, providing finance letter for those ready to purchase immediately Serve as backup to Loan Coordinator. Facilitates anything the LO needs.

Requirements

  • Marketing experience
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with Clients and Referral Partners.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and telephone protocol
  • Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g., debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry
  • Ability to type 50 wpm
  • Reporting skills, administrative writing skills, managing processes, organization, analyzing information
  • Knowledge of Encompass, DataTrac, and Documenttrac
