About The Position

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Med Telemetry Neuro Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Tallahassee, Florida. HEARTLINE STAFFING is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting. The Med Telemetry Neuro RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients requiring medical-surgical, telemetry, and neurological monitoring. This role involves autonomous clinical decision-making, continuous assessment, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Registered Nurse will collect comprehensive patient data, analyze assessment findings, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses to treatment. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring telemetry, educating patients and families, advocating for patient safety, and ensuring efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment while maintaining accurate documentation. Employment Details: This is a permanent, full-time position with day or night shift options, including rotating weekends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year ACUTE CARE RN experience required
• Active Florida RN license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team

Benefits

• Night shift differential: $3.00/hour
• Weekend differential: $2.00/hour
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case, not guaranteed)
