Therefore, we will work tirelessly to ensure you have the supplies, the support and the education/skills necessary in order to ensure you are successful and able to put the focus where it needs to be; on our wonderful residents Here, at our Assisted Living, Cherrywood Place, we are seeking FT and PRN Med Techs to work across all shifts. We accept HCAs, NARs (grandfathered) and NACs. Will train and pay for HCA (Home Care Aide) certification through the state of Washington

  • Provide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan
  • Promote resident independence
  • Medication assistance
  • Participate in community's Life Enrichment activities, events and outings, while encouraging resident attendance and participation
  • Provide assistance with housekeeping and laundry
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Washington state certified NAC/HCA/MED TECH specific to skilled nursing
  • The ability to work a full 8 hour shift and come to work on time
  • The ability to work according to the 4 days on 2 days off schedule when FT
  • Active HCA, NAR or NAC credentials in the state of WA
  • Certification for Nurse Delegation a plus. (We can pay and train for this.)
