About The Position

As a CNA at our facility, you will play a key role in the care and comfort of our residents and serve our local community. Requirements

  • Current CNA certification in Washington State is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and assist with patient mobility.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the nursing staff, and assist with documentation.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents to maintain comfort and prevent injury.
  • Ensure residents' rooms are clean, organized, and comfortable.
  • Support residents' emotional and social well-being through meaningful interactions and companionship.
  • Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams to implement care plans and provide optimal care.
  • Assist in administering medications as directed and under the supervision of nursing staff.
  • Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment.
