About The Position
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and compassionate PRN Medication Technician (Med Tech) to provide as‑needed coverage across all shifts. This role is essential to ensuring residents receive medications safely, accurately, and in accordance with state regulations and community policies. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Medication Technician certification (as required by state regulations)
- Good understanding of the nursing process
- Strong clinical skills in medication administration and treatments, as well as infection control procedures.
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English is essential for effective communication with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings.

- Previous experience is also valued, especially experience working with the elderly.
