Previous caregiving experience in settings such as assisted living, memory care, or home care is preferred, as it provides a solid foundation for delivering exceptional person-centered care. Flexibility is key, as you will need to work PRN shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring that our residents receive support when they need it most. A strong work ethic, combined with your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team, is vital to fostering a warm, supportive atmosphere. Additionally, you must be able to successfully pass a background check and required health screenings to ensure a safe environment for our residents.

Requirements

• Current Medication Technician certification (as required by state regulations).
• Prior Med Tech experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred.
• Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings.
