The Role We’re growing and looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who loves working with people and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be the first and last impression for our patients, helping create a welcoming, seamless experience from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous front desk, customer service, or medspa experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, texts, and emails across multiple channels
- Schedule and manage appointments accurately in our system
- Guide patients on services, products, and next steps
- Support providers and help keep schedules running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic space
- Restock supplies throughout the day
- Ensure smooth check-out and encourage rebooking
