About The Position
Colorado Beauty RN is a results-driven medical aesthetic clinic built on clinical excellence and an elevated patient experience. We operate with a small, high-performing team where every role carries real weight. We're looking for a Patient Concierge who brings precision and warmth in equal measure — someone who takes complete ownership of the patient experience from the first hello to the final goodbye. You are the first and last impression of Colorado Beauty RN, and a critical driver of patient retention and clinic performance.
Requirements

- Reliably excellent under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Consistent, reliable attendance is essential to this role
Nice To Haves
- Previous front desk, customer service, or medspa experience preferred
- Comfortable managing multiple communication channels simultaneously
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly across all channels
- Schedule and manage appointments accurately in our clinic software
- Guide patients confidently on services, products, and next steps
- Support providers and keep schedules running on time
- Anticipate problems and resolve them before they escalate
- Perform light clinic maintenance (counters, floors, treatment areas)
- Restock supplies throughout the day
- Maintain brand standards across all patient touchpoints
- Ensure smooth check-out and proactive rebooking
