About The Position

We are seeking a coordinator to provide guest and administrative support to the Med Spa and supporting divisions of EXO. High-energy, sociable demeanor, and drive to provide high-level hospitality is crucial for this role. Responsibilities include, however, are not limited to: greeting and educating guests on EXO Med Spa’s service offerings, managing appointment scheduling, processing transactions, and abiding by organizational systems. Med Spa experience is required. What You’ll Do: Greet clients warmly and assist them with scheduling appointments and answering inquiries. Manage the booking system and ensure accurate scheduling of services. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about spa offerings. Maintain inventory levels, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed. Upsell spa services and products to enhance client experiences and increase revenue. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Who You Are: Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to perform basic math calculations for retail transactions and inventory management. Experience in upselling services and products in a retail or spa setting. Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Excellent verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. Knowledge of stock management practices to maintain optimal inventory levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
