Western Sydney University is seeking a Project Implementation Lead to provide leadership for the implementation of the Maternal Early Childhood Sustained Home-visiting (MECSH) program. MECSH is a structured, sustained nurse home visiting program designed to support families at risk of poorer maternal and child health and development outcomes through the critical early years of life. Developed at Western Sydney University, MECSH draws on the best available evidence on early childhood development, parent infant interaction, and holistic approaches to family support. The program has demonstrated effectiveness through randomised controlled trials in Australia and is now implemented nationally and internationally, including in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and South Korea. You will work closely with researchers, clinicians, clinical leaders and service managers to co-design and support high-quality implementation of the MECSH program across diverse service contexts. The role includes extensive domestic and international travel and contributes to implementation research through strong stakeholder engagement, supervision, training and community-of-practice leadership.
