The Implementation Project Lead is responsible for leading and owning the implementation of small to mid-market sized new customers to the TRIMEDX clinical engineering service program. This position is responsible for all aspects of implementation services, including integrated service planning, validation, resource assessment, project planning, information system conversion, training coordination, all customer facing communications, service contract analysis coordination, coordination of all internal TRIMEDX business units involved in new customer implementations to ensure a timely and effective start-up of the TRIMEDX clinical engineering service programs. The position also requires interaction and coordination with Business Development. Client Experience and other teams when appropriate. This position also leads the reverse implementation process in events where we are exiting customers from our program. Additionally, this role participates in projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the department or cross-functional business needs. Significant travel and schedule flexibility are mandatory to effectively participate during all aspects of service implementation, including inventory validation and all on-site customer interactions. Location: Eastern or Central Time Zone; with close proximity to a major airport. Candidates must have the ability to travel nationally to client hospitals and to our Central Office in Indianapolis. This is the reasonable estimate that TRIMEDX believes it might pay for this particular job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. TRIMEDX may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
