The Implementation Project Lead is responsible for leading and owning the implementation of small to mid-market sized new customers to the TRIMEDX clinical engineering service program. This position is responsible for all aspects of implementation services, including integrated service planning, validation, resource assessment, project planning, information system conversion, training coordination, all customer facing communications, service contract analysis coordination, coordination of all internal TRIMEDX business units involved in new customer implementations to ensure a timely and effective start-up of the TRIMEDX clinical engineering service programs. The position also requires interaction and coordination with Business Development. Client Experience and other teams when appropriate. This position also leads the reverse implementation process in events where we are exiting customers from our program. Additionally, this role participates in projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the department or cross-functional business needs. Significant travel and schedule flexibility are mandatory to effectively participate during all aspects of service implementation, including inventory validation and all on-site customer interactions. Location: Eastern or Central Time Zone; with close proximity to a major airport. Candidates must have the ability to travel nationally to client hospitals and to our Central Office in Indianapolis. This is the reasonable estimate that TRIMEDX believes it might pay for this particular job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. TRIMEDX may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in a customer facing support role.
  • Project management skills including coordination, communication/change management, adherence to budget and completion goals, and task prioritization and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in hospital or medical equipment industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of processes and procedures related to equipment service management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission and other equipment-related regulations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and service management software.
  • Strong customer relationship skills; including strong written, verbal and presentational communication skills.
  • Strong management skills and action orientation.
  • Ability to build quick rapport and credibility with all levels of personnel including healthcare executives and leadership.
  • Ability to gather and analyze information and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external client contacts to drive action and meet project timelines and expectations.
  • Ability to demonstrate the TRIMEDX core values through all work activities.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
  • Candidates must have the ability to travel nationally to client hospitals and to our Central Office in Indianapolis.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with continuous improvement, lean, or six sigma initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and project management experience is highly preferred.
  • PMP or other project management certifications is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages small to mid-market new customer implementation projects.
  • Assemble and direct cross-functional teams to develop and implement client-specific clinical engineering service programs.
  • Facilitate all customer facing implementation meetings, startup meetings and continuing education to the TRIMEDX program for the clinical and administrative staff within new client sites.
  • Meet with clients to evaluate program current state and identify implementation needs and site-specific objectives.
  • Effectively manage timeline for each implementation task (Inventory Validation, Planning Preparation, Customer Conference Calls, Orientation Coordination, Go-Live for RSQ, Client Experience Center, ISP validation, resource planning, service contract analysis and internal coordination of all business units).
  • Lead the conversion of sites from existing program to TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management program (policies, MEMP, service documentation process, EOC reporting process, etc.) for new customers.
  • Effectively manage all tasks relating to the reverse implementation process for customers leaving the TRIMEDX program, including building cross functional teams and monitoring asset reallocation efforts, service contract cancellation, accounts receivable efforts, HR transitions, and work order closure.
  • Lead implementations for TRIMEDX advanced services as needed and as they become available.
  • Participate in department or cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the company.
  • Work on special continuous improvement projects.
  • All other duties as assigned.
