Data-Mail is a family owned company that was established in 1971 in Newington, CT as a leading national print and lettershop helping companies in a variety of industries with their personalization and direct mail services. We are now one of the largest employers in the Hartford, CT metropolitan region with over 800 employees working across two facilities and multiple shifts. Our services support some of the largest companies and advertising agencies in the country. Direct Mail Systems (DMS) is hosting a Job Fair at our office in Windsor. We are currently hiring for multiple positions: Mechanics and Maintenance Technicians, Set-Up Operators, & Mail Sorters When: Wednesday, February 18, 2026 from 10:00am to 4:00pm Location: 880 Marshall Phelps Road Pay: Based on experience Shift: Continuous 1st or 2nd shift on 12 hour rotating schedule Walk-ins welcome!
