About The Position

THE ROLE: Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Mechanical Test Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration, beginning in January until June. In this co-op, you will assist with the extensive product testing portfolio.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student within a Mechanical Engineering major. Applicants with a Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering major will also be considered.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer-oriented work environment.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Technically creative and highly analytical.
• Learn complex subjects quickly.
• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
• Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, expedient characterization and analysis of wafer and reticle handling products and technologies using laboratory equipment.
• Analyzes test data, writes test reports and PowerPoint presentations and gives oral presentations.
• Work on testing projects with Team members.
• Develop new, creative, and robust test methods with high regard for product reliability.
• Design, build and test laboratory equipment and test fixtures.
