About The Position
Job Requirements Qualifications Basic mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and working with mechanical systems Ability to follow technical procedures and safety protocols in a lab or industrial environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to document work and communicate findings effectively Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically demanding role Ability to collaborate with engineering and technical teams Requirements Comfortable working with high-voltage systems (training provided) Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving heavy components Willingness to work in a test facility environment (non-production setting) Ability to work at heights and operate or assist with cranes and rigging equipment Flexibility to support testing schedules and operational needs Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of mechanical, technical, or hands-on experience preferred Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply Work Environment On-site role in a laboratory/test facility (non-production environment) Work involves high-voltage battery systems with established safety protocols Hands-on, team-oriented environment supporting engineering and testing activities Standard schedule with potential for extended hours based on testing needs
