About The Position

This position is responsible for day to day maintenance operations as well as spare parts inventory and requisitions. Also, to ensure that the plant maintenance is conducted in a cost effective and safe manner that will maximize equipment uptime.

Requirements

• Must be willing to be on-call and work some nights and weekends that are required
• Must have working knowledge of electronic systems
• Must possess welding, machining, and millwright skills
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare stock purchasing & store stock application (SSA).
• Execute special improvement projects.
• Oversee engineers’ and techs’ work.
• Prepare and train engineers and techs.
• Must know and follow all ISO procedures for Maintenance Section.
• Review all work orders, P.M., records, and forms.
• Review/Approve evaluation for engineers and techs.
• Order parts/repair (Issue P/R).
• Coordinate with Scheduling and Production for scheduled P.M. and major repair.
• Modify root cause problem, analysis improvement.
• Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
