About The Position

Beitzel Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Solar Foreman to lead field teams in the installation of utility-scale, ground-mount solar systems (1–25 MWDC) and to support a wide range of industrial, mechanical, and construction projects. This is a working foreman role—you won’t just supervise the job, you’ll be in the field getting it done, side-by-side with your crew. This role calls for someone with strong mechanical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and the ability to support and oversee projects from the ground up. In addition to solar, you’ll work on diverse industrial and mechanical construction jobs, so adaptability and a solid base in construction fundamentals are key. Basic electrical knowledge in an industrial setting is a strong plus. If you thrive in the outdoors, enjoy leading hands-on teams, and want to be part of building renewable energy infrastructure and other essential systems, this opportunity is for you.
