We are seeking an experienced <\/span> Solar Foreman<\/b> <\/span>to lead our commercial and industrial installation crews across Arizona. In this role, you will oversee all mechanical aspects of solar construction, including managing field crews, coordinating racking system assembly, directing module installations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec. <\/p> <\/div> This position requires strong leadership, clear communication, and proven experience managing construction teams in the field. <\/span> Residential rooftop and array experience is a strong plus, as the hands -on skills developed in residential work translate directly to the precision and efficiency required on C&I projects.
