We are searching for a Shop Manager who is passionate about maintenance excellence and ready to turn "good" into "excellent". Lead a dedicated team of four as you master the art of the shop: methodically blending precision repair scheduling, proactive work orders, and streamlined parts management. Your mission is simple but vital—ensure our fleet is always battle-ready so our Operations team can deliver the world-class service our customers expect. Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and interest
- Expert in your follow-up and follow-through processes
- Experience in a hands-on environment
- Experience managing others
- Embraces a dynamic and fluid (not static) environment
- Savvy and detail oriented computer skills
- Wise part pricing awareness and negotiating
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Professional, clean, and neat appearance
- Must be 25 years or older
- Reliable transportation to our Ferndale, WA location
Responsibilities
- Schedule daily and weekly work in the shop
- Evaluate and encourage tech productivity
- Order parts / research parts for the repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to Operations & our Drivers
