About The Position

The Ultra manufacturing function is responsible for the manufacture, integration and test of a wide range of products and systems providing innovative capabilities for our customers. We are looking for a Mechanical Repair and Test Technician to join our team in our manufacturing operation. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Dedication to quality and precision of work.
  • Ability to work with other personnel in a cooperative, team manner.
  • Ability to professionally handle critical feedback from quality inspectors and management.
  • Controlled hand dexterity for working with special tools.
  • Ability to pass minimum adjusted vision testing.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Acceptance testing of assemblies using dedicated test fixtures, functional generators, vibration tables, thermal chambers, and other test equipment.
  • Assembly of repair product.
  • Upkeep and control of documentation paperwork for repair product.
  • Organization and maintenance of issued workbench and equipment.
  • Additional repair related tasks as required.
