SCOPE: Prepare and clean gearboxes and component parts for refurbishment and assembly.

Requirements

• Operate overhead crane.
• Operate large parts washer and sandblasting equipment.
• Operate forklift.
• Mechanically inclined with gearbox assembly preferred.
• Use handheld power and manual tools.
• Work in a safe manner.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of mechanical assembly experience, gearbox preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean workstation.
• Work in a team environment to accomplish goals.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, bend and squat for 10 hours.
• Manage time and complete the job in a safe manner.
