About The Position
Mechanical Project Manager Oceanside, CA Currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to fill an opening with a large Mechanical Contractor located in the San Diego County area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Plumbing or Mechanical Project Management experience and knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, BlueBeam.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of Plumbing or HVAC Project Management experience
- Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, BlueBeam preferred
- PE License
- LEED Certification
- Prior field experience
Responsibilities
- Manage large Plumbing / HVAC Projects
- Build and strengthen relationships with our clients (both GC’s and Owners)
- Work with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators and Purchasers to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery on projects
