We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $71,000 – $91,000 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience. What You Drive at DTNA Develop new CAD, part & assembly drawings, installation diagrams, and releases on time and within budget. Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and presentation skills. Provide creative, technically feasible designs that satisfy customer needs while adhering to engineering standards and strategic direction. Collaborate with mockup-center on integration of new designs for manufacturability. Interface with product strategy and validation engineering to understand customer needs and system performance. Support Manufacturing, Service, and Quality organizations with their respective engineering inputs. Perform modal analysis and FEA as required for new part development. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiates to systems, tools, processes, product costs, and quality. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentation material for executive audiences. Keep management informed on developments with key product issues and their resolution, and with the status of projects and special assignments. Be a strong voice for Chassis engineering in major programs. Actively contribute to a positive and inclusive culture within engineering.
