About The Position

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team in a hands-on, entry-level role. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude who is looking to grow their skills in industrial maintenance. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems
• Experience using standard hand tools
• Ability to remove seized or damaged bolts, fasteners, and components
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Rebuild rotating assemblies, including bearings, races, pumps, impact guns, and other mechanical components
• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment on a weekly basis
• Troubleshoot and complete emergency mechanical repairs on production equipment
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation and identify potential issues
• Use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
