We are seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Foreman to oversee commercial new construction projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in the field.

  • Supervise and lead HVAC installation crews on commercial projects
  • Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and manpower with the project manager and general contractor
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure all work meets project design, code, and quality standards
  • Oversee installation of ductwork, chillers, RTUs, VRF systems, piping, and controls
  • Maintain accurate documentation for job progress, inspections, and manpower
  • Promote safety compliance and enforce company safety protocols
  • Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and technicians in the field
  • Communicate proactively with clients, engineers, and other trades to resolve issues and maintain schedules
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC construction experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, ductwork, and hydronic piping
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
  • Proficient in scheduling, planning, and managing field operations
  • EPA Certification preferred; OSHA 10 or 30 required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
