Maintenance Foreman
Supervises and coordinates daily mechanical maintenance activities within a
chemical manufacturing environment. Leads craft personnel to ensure work is
completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with site, OSHA, and site
standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industrial mechanical experience; chemical facility experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and piping systems.
• Must have strong customer service and employee relations skills.
• Must work overtime, call‑ins, and outages as needed.
• Ability to work in hazardous industrial environments.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must meet all physical demands of the role

• Prior lead or foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise mechanical maintenance crews (mechanics, pipefitters,welders, etc.).
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily maintenance work activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and permit requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance planning, and contractors.
• Review work orders, drawings, and P&IDs.
• Monitor job progress, quality, manpower, and materials.
• Lead toolbox talks, JSAs, and incident/near‑miss reporting.
• Respond to equipment failures and emergency maintenance needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
