About The Position

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern for our business based at our regional facility at Fremont, CA. In this position, you will provide technical and/or research support in the areas of mechanical, mechatronics, and/or optical engineering. What you will accomplish together with us Collaborate closely with engineers and scientists to deliver technical and research support. Develop CAD models, engineering drawings, simulations, and physical prototypes that advance project goals. Contribute to verification and validation activities to ensure design accuracy and performance. Communicate your progress through presentations and/or poster sessions as needed. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team’s success.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrate clear, effective verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools is a strong plus.
