Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a degree in engineering.
Mechanical aptitude
Good verbal and written communication
Research and utilize resources to solve new technical problems
Teamwork
Computer skills
Project management
Document new processing methodology for others to follow
