Requirements

Current Mechanical Engineering students who have completed at least two years toward a Bachelor of Science degree.
Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access) and AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

Take on engineering projects aimed at enhancing the reliability of our coal and gas plant fleet.
Analyze plant equipment failure mechanisms and develop preventative maintenance strategies.
Assist in testing coordination, data collection, report reviews, bid specification writing, and contractor bid evaluations.
Support power plant improvement initiatives, including maintenance evaluations and cost-saving measures.
Manage smaller-scale outage projects.
Work full-time, Monday through Friday, with the potential to earn course credit (check with your school's career center).
