About The Position
Mechanical Engineer Key Role: Applies engineering physics, engineering mathematics and materials science principles to support the design, analysis, manufacture or maintenance of mechanical systems. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with limited oversight. Mentors or supervises junior staff in both company and technical competencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with design and modeling of heating, ventilation and air c ond itioning, and power design and engineering for facilities
- Experience with industrial or facility reverse engineering and vulnerability assessment or analysis
- Experience with engineering research, capab ility or limitation analysis, reverse engineering analysis or characterizations, and facility assessments
- Experience performing engineering duties in analyzing and characterizing all source information regarding, engines, machines, and mechanically functioning equipment
- Experience with complex mechanical design and project management
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or Mathematics
- Professional Engineering Certification

- Knowledge of underground facilities or hard and deeply buried targets
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
