About The Position

What Youll Do - Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems - Prepare and review mechanical drawings and calculations - Coordinate with architects, electrical & structural engineers - Conduct site inspections and ensure code compliance - Support public facilities, industrial plants, and large-scale projects What Were Looking For - Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited) - EIT required; P.E. license preferred - 37 years of experience in building/industrial mechanical design - Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools - Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes Nice to Have - Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Georgia - Experience with industrial or public projects - LEED or other energy efficiency certifications What We Offer - Competitive salary + full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k) - Paid vacation & holidays - Professional development support (PE licensing fees, AIA/ASHRAE dues)
