Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- 3+ years manufacturing experience, ideally in cabinets, building materials, or wood products
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
- Stable work history and commitment to a long-term role
Responsibilities
- Create and update product drawings in AutoCAD
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability
- Maintain and improve existing product designs and documentation
- Deeply learn the company’s product lines and processes to prepare for involvement in process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects as you expand your role from design to process optimization
