This Mechanical Engineer is responsible for engineering activities in support of medical device manufacturing; automation and system integration. This position will support the manufacturing engineering department with the development, testing, deployment, hardware and software automation intergration solutions along with Lean Continuous Improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Real world experience, or college level coursework, related to the study of Automation, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Able to effectively investigate, inquire and liaise with others when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects and CAD drawings (Solid Works preferred)
  • Ability to lift 10-15 lbs. regularly and 15-40 lbs. occasionally
