As a Thermal Engineering Lead on GS, you will: • Lead a team of 3-4 thermal engineers by providing technical oversight, daily tasking, mentoring, and training • Perform detailed thermal design and analysis on spacecraft components and the entire spacecraft thermal system • Provide technical memos and recommendations to support peer and customer reviews • Present design and analysis data to the spacecraft design/engineering team, customer technical representatives, and Program Office personnel at technical interchange meetings and formal design reviews • Provide review, interpretation, flow-down, and implementation of program requirements • Provide test support for component-level and system-level thermal tests
