Job Summary & Responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our innovative team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical components for advanced metrology equipment. You will work alongside experienced professionals to solve real-world engineering challenges and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art systems.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA).
  • Strong understanding of mechanics, materials, and thermal dynamics principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with simulation tools such as ANSYS or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components for semiconductor metrology equipment.
  • Conduct simulations and analyses to evaluate system performance and ensure reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and software components.
  • Support prototyping and testing activities, including troubleshooting and performance evaluation.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and testing reports.
