Flock Safety is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced engineering environment. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers to support the design, analysis, testing, and development of mechanical systems and components used in Flock’s products. You’ll contribute to real-world projects by assisting with CAD-based design, performing engineering analyses such as stress and thermal calculations, supporting prototype fabrication and assembly, and participating in testing and evaluation of new and existing designs. This internship provides exposure to the full mechanical development lifecycle, including materials and component selection, technical documentation, system-level troubleshooting, and participation in design reviews and brainstorming sessions—offering practical experience that directly complements your academic learning.
