Mechanical Engineer, Intermediate - DLR Group, Inc (Phoenix, AZ). Manage, with assistance from Project Manager/Project Engineer, all aspects of the project document development and coordinating with project team members to produce quality work product while adhering to project schedules; participate in the design process of mechanical building systems and prepare detailed and mechanical engineering design calculations and drawings to code; and, collaborate with project manager to support client needs and maintain financial health of the project. Requires Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or closely related field plus 4 years' experience in an MEP firm working on commercial/ public projects. Requires proficient experience in: Revit; Bluebeam; AEIP Software; design techniques, tools, and sustainable design principles involved in producing precision technical plans, drawings, reports models, and related deliverables; acoustic design; and, designing HVAC building systems on complex projects. Requires LEED certification and Professional Engineer License in AZ. May permit telecommuting. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or closely related field
4 years' experience in an MEP firm working on commercial/ public projects
