About The Position

We are seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Boise, ID , supporting the design of industrial and commercial facilities. This role offers hands-on experience working on HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems while collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team. You’ll support the design, development, and specification of building systems, assist with on-site startup activities, and gain exposure to project scope, schedule, and budget management. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer eager to grow in the buildings and construction industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in team environments
• Interest in industrial/manufacturing and commercial building projects
• 0–2 years of experience

Nice To Haves

• Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred
• Working knowledge of Revit preferred

Responsibilities

• Support design and engineering of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems
• Assist with technical tasks, schedules, and quality control
• Coordinate with discipline leads and project team members
• Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams
• Provide on-site support during construction and startup as needed
• Learn client standards, best practices, and engineering processes
