About The Position

We’re looking for a Mechanical/Electrical Assembler to join our team and help build the next generation of automated solutions. In this hands-on role, you’ll build and electrically link mechanical components, supporting the production of enclosures, controllers, and other crucial parts. Working alongside expert team members, you’ll interpret technical drawings, plan assembly steps, and assist with product testing and installation. You’ll also play a key role in preparing products for shipment and supporting logistics. This position calls for attention to detail, physical stamina, and a dedication to safety while working in environments that include mechanical, electrical, and chemical hazards.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience, or completion of trade school preferred.
  • At least one year of practical assembly experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand written/visual work instructions and blueprints.
  • Visual acuity to inspect and assemble small parts with precision.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Experience operating forklifts and/or cranes (training provided).
  • Ability to identify and tackle problems, even when they are complex or unexpected.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules and environments.
  • Dedication to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire electromechanical sub-assemblies per work instructions.
  • Support the assembly of automated equipment, housings, controllers, and additional mechanical/electrical products.
  • Perform semi-complex mechanical tasks associated with sub-assemblies and final products in preparation for testing.
  • Support the setup procedures required for product functional testing.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics and recommend engineering changes as needed.
  • Assist in the loading and shipping processes for final products.
  • Operate forklifts or cranes as needed (training and certification provided).
