Be a part of a cutting edge analysis team for missiles and spacecraft systems! Join us as an associate manager in the structural dynamics team! In your role as an Associate Manager in the Structural Analysis Department, your primary focus will be to ensure the fulfillment of technical program requirements and the timely, cost-effective delivery of products. Your expertise will center on conducting both preliminary and detailed dynamic analyses of spacecraft and missile flight structures, employing advanced methods and tools. Your key responsibilities will include: Supervising a team of dynamic analysts providing support to various programs and lines of business. Providing guidance, mentorship, career development opportunities, and training to a team comprising 4 to 7 employees. Serving as the organization's representative during design reviews and interactions with external contracts and customers. Assisting in defining dynamic tests, specifying requirements, monitoring progress, conducting data reduction, and comparing results to the analysis. This should be carried out while considering other pertinent mechanical factors (such as thermal, dynamic, materials, etc.) and system-level requirements and parameters within the analyses.
