Our goal is to synergize our expertise to deliver innovative, high-quality, and reliable solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our growing team at our Trenton, NJ facility. Work Schedule: Based at our Trenton, NJ facility in a 1st shift capacity, with typical work hours being 7:00am – 3:30pm. Role Summary: Mechanical Assemblers are responsible for assembling modules, components, and complete systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
Completed technical vocational training, preferably in the metal sector, or several years of relevant experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

Nice To Haves

Professional experience as a metal worker, mechanical engineering technician, locksmith, or similar is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical modules and subassemblies according to technical specifications.
Integrate various components into complete systems.
Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth production flow.
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols.
Perform quality checks and report any issues or deviations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
