What You'll Do As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll perform precision conformal coating operations on printed circuit board assemblies, ensuring the highest quality standards for mission-critical applications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work
  • Ability to read and understand technical assembly drawings
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply assembly processes
  • Thorough understanding of safety procedures, particularly when handling chemicals
  • Willingness to follow established procedures and quality standards

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an electronic manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ISO processes and quality standards
  • Experience with conformal coating or similar precision coating applications

Responsibilities

  • Mask off non-coated areas on assemblies with precision and care
  • Apply conformal coatings using multiple techniques—spraying, dipping, and brushing—based on specific assembly requirements
  • Follow detailed assembly drawings and work instructions to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness standards
  • Apply ISO processes and quality standards in all work activities
  • Handle chemicals safely and responsibly, following all safety protocols
