About The Position

Join the growing team at EnSight Solutions as a Mechanical Assembler! As part of our dynamic production crew, you’ll play a key role in assembling tank stands and motor components for our stainless steel food processing equipment. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to grow your skills in grinding, polishing, and general fabrication as you support the build and flow of high-quality equipment through our shop.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 3-4 years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and basic schematics
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Willingness to learn welding and grinding techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • The employee must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; crouch and kneel; and must be able to talk and hear.
  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
  • All team members must observe safety procedures and use equipment and materials properly; must wear safety glasses and steel toe boots.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience a plus
  • Basic stainless grinding and polishing experience/knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assemble stainless steel tank stands and motor components for Likwifier systems
  • Assist with layout, fitting, and basic fabrication tasks
  • Learn and support grinding and polishing operations as needed
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with material handling, including moving parts and equipment using forklifts or cranes
  • Support general shop operations and collaborate with team members to maintain production flow
  • Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned
