Job Description: Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and components to create finished units or subassemblies according to specifications. Operate hand tools, small power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. Follow detailed written instructions, diagrams, and verbal directions to complete tasks. Inspect completed assemblies to verify quality, accuracy, and functionality. Reassemble, repair, or adjust units when defects or issues are identified. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Report material shortages, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervision. Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and production procedures. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of relevant training or hands-on assembly experience. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow precise written and verbal instructions. Good manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift, move, or position materials up to 40 lbs as needed. Repetitive hand and wrist movements. Ability to work in various positions including bending, reaching, or leaning.
